The Network consists of three independent organisations that work in close coordination. The Network is in contact with many other carriers and supporters of textile culture as well as neighbouring cultural networks and organisations.

The ETN Association is uniting the carriers of textile culture, even outside Europe

The Textile Forum Service (TFS) is publishing on all branches of textile culture

The NET Cutural foundation aimes at activating the European cultural heritage (currently out of function)
